Mr. Jackson has authored, or co-authored, a number of leading edge strategic plans for urban development districts including Bunker Hill in Los Angeles, Playhouse Square in Cleveland, Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Marmilla Street in Jerusalem, Tempozan in Osaka, and MM21 in Yokohama, Japan. More recently Mr. Jackson advised the City of Cincinnati on the redevelopment of their Central Business District. Mr. Jackson also co-founded in Washington, D.C., the Major’s Interactive Downtown Task Force that led to the development of the D.C. Convention Center, Gallery Place.

Built in 1928, Suburban Square had steadily been in decline until Lehr Jackson, as principal of Williams Jackson Ewing, worked to revitalize the Square and restore it as a social and commercial center for the Philadelphia Main Line.

Queen's Quay Terminal, located in downtown Toronto beside the shores of lake Ontario, is a specialty retail/restaurant project with award-winning architecture. Lehr Jackson, with Williams Jackson Ewing, conceived the retail, planning, merchandising and leasing of this 1926 terminal building.

Lehr Jackson and his team at Williams Jackson Ewing restored this historic building from its abandoned state into the brilliant gateway to the city. Union Station now attracts 35 million visitors every year, and is a central landmark for Washington, DC.

Lehr Jackson and his team at Williams Jackson Ewing transformed this historic landmark, which had fallen into disrepair, into a bustling city hot spot, with some of New York's best restaurants, specialty retailers and boutique shops. Grand Central Terminal now draws visitors from around the world and is loved by all New Yorkers.

Belvedere Square is newly revitalized with boutique shops, markets and entertainment. Lehr Jackon, as principal of William's Jackson Ewing, transformed this historic center into a thriving neighborhood market in Baltimore, MD.

Located on 25 acres of Atlantic seashore in Long Branch, New Jersey, Pier Village brings together shopping, dining, entertainment and recreation on the ocean. Lehr Jackson and his team created a sophisticated living and entertainment center in one of New York City's most fashionable places to get away.
